Đầu tiên, bạn trộn đều các nguyên liệu khô gồm 260gr bột nếp, 450gr đường và 5gr bột nở lại với nhau trước.
Đun chảy chocolate với bơ và một nửa số sữa ở lửa thật nhỏ. Cố gắng để ý để chocolate không bị cháy nhé!
Khi chocolate đã tan chảy hoàn toàn, các bạn tắt bếp rồi đổ hết số sữa tươi còn lại vào.
Đánh tan 2 quả trứng rồi cho vào trộn đều với phần sữa và chocolate ở trên. Cho từ từ bột vào hỗn hợp trứng và trộn đều.
Đổ hỗn hợp bột vào khay nướng cỡ khoảng 20x30cm rồi đem nướng ở 180 độ C trong khoảng 45 phút. Các bạn chú ý làm nóng lò nướng khoảng 10 phút trước khi nướng nhé!
Bánh nướng xong rồi thì các bạn lấy ra khỏi lò và để nguội nha! Ăn bánh thấy dẻo dẻo, dai dai hay ho lắm! Ăn kèm với kem tươi và dâu tây lạnh thì hết sảy đó.
