Great gadget for making protein shakes! I have a Vitamix and was hesitant to get this because of the functionality of the Vitmaix but this is more convenient for making smoothies and shakes. Smaller batches means it’s easier to customize your shake for each person plus clean up is easier. It takes less time to use the billet blender as well and it takes up less counter space. If you are a healthy shake or meal replacement fan, get one! I bought mine from the warehouse with damaged packaging but everything was in there and it was in tip top shape!

I really like my NutriBullet Pro and have made a number of great smooties. I did get some leaking early on, but once I reversed the order of ingredients from what the book recommends I had NO more problems. The instruction say to shove the green stuff in first with frozen items and ice on top, but you're flipping this thing over! When I loaded as recommended, the frozen items gave it a hard time and the greens stayed up in the top. Numerous stops, shakes, and re-starts caused the leaking! I put frozen items in first, then layer on fruit, yogurt, greens, then a few ice cubes on top - works great! Pulverizes everything, including whole almonds. Make sure the lid is tight especially if you stop and re-start, or pulse. Afterwards, the lid can be a bit difficult to remove but not a huge problem. Experiment! Some smoothies look pretty gross, but taste good nevertheless. I definitely did NOT need all these parts - will probably never use the flip top lids or handle attachments. The blender cup is large, and I just pour everything into a different glass. Save your money on that one. The book was useless and is just a big advertisement.

I use this at least once a day. Has not leaked yet. I upgraded from the original smaller one that I used every day for three years. This thing is amazing. It liquifies my kale, spinach, bluberrie, carrot, banana smoothie every morning.

I love this product! I started getting into fitness about 2.5 years ago and used other products to blend my morning smoothies or after work out shakes. There is nothing easier than the nutribullet. Blends through ice, frozen fruits, veggies, everything I've thrown at it so far. I've had it now for about 1.5 years and nothing has needed replacing, broke, or malfunctioned. I recommend it to everyone that asks what blender I use. Currently buying 2 for friends for Christmas.

Love this thing. Of course, I pushed the limits of the 'max fill' mark on the 32-ounce container with a mixture with heavy cream in it. What is the significance? The cream froths, and expands to fill the container, which then bogs the unit down and can burn out the motor or strip out the rubber gear which meshes with the blade. Test your mix volumes before you decide to walk away for a few seconds or else you could smoke your bullet. Same with putting hot liquids into it, the steam will expand and build pressure. The key to this unit is that it needs space to 'pulse' the liquids to get a good mix, so follow the directions or you'll be writing a bad review. I enjoy using this gadget, so the wife lets me make all the drinks with it. One last item, if you use hot water to clean this and then blend to clean, do NOT put more than a drop of dish soap into it, no more than a inch or two of hot water. It's like using regular dish soap in the dishwasher. If you don't know what I'm talking about, try putting a little dish soap in your dishwasher... :)

Love my Nutri Bullet Pro!! Works great. Solid, quality construction. Use it every single day with NO leaks whatsoever. The key to no leaks? .... (1) Do NOT fill the cup past the "Maximum" fill line. (It's clearly marked on the cup!) (2) If using ice, use only CRUSHED ICE. (3) The ice should make up NO MORE THAN 25% of your smoothie. (4) DO NOT put the blade assembly in the dishwasher because the heat from the dishwasher will warp the gaskets ...And warped gaskets can cause leaks. * Follow these 4 steps and you're golden! (Also it wouldn't hurt to read the instruction booklet!) Happy blending!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. She loves it. And I enjoy it almost as much as she does. It performs impressively as a blender. I've tried 2 or 3 cheaper blenders. They were good for mixing protein powder with milk but that was about it. Any "smoothie" would be anything but smooth, with larger chunks of all the ingredients remaining after blending. The nutri bullet is a whole different type of machine. Any mixture you put in is basically liquefied. It makes drinking the finished product much more enjoyable. We've mixed spinach and fruits to create nutritious drinks that taste good on their own. Adding a little stevia or sugar makes them delicious. The product comes with a recipe book which seems to have a lot of good ideas. Haven't tried the app yet. The machine isn't that loud. Probably a good bit quieter than most vacuums or hair dryers. It seems quieter than some of the cheaper, smaller blenders I've used. I also love how easy it is to use. I prepare the ingredients before hand, wake up in the morning, drop the chopped fruit, spinach, etc into the cup, screw on the blades, push down onto the base, let it blend, and I have a nutritious breakfast in probably 3 minutes. Highly recommend trying it out, especially if you're wanting to improve your intake of nutritious foods

Much better at making smoothies than my Ninja blender (which I thought was good!) I’ve been making kale & avocado smoothies for my keto diet and this blends things up to a uniform consistency - whereas my Ninja blender left the items separated and watery rather than smooth and smoothie-like. I’m sure my Ninja is still better for heavy duty blending for ice drinks as the Nutrabullet motor isn’t intended to run for more than a minute without overheating. Happy with my purchase and recommend for nutritional drinks...but not, say, for margaritas or pinacolodas

I researched several powerful blenders, and originally had my sights on the Ninja. But after reading several reviews and comparing the value- accessories, motor power, upkeep, etc. I decided on the Nutribullet Pro. And man am I glad I made that decision! This thing can literally pulverize ANYTHING. And in under a minute! My goal in this purchase was to make smoothies. I’ve accidentally squeezed in some lemon seeds, and I would never have known the difference because this thing chopped and blended everything, including the seeds, into a perfectly smooth drink. Also very easy to clean and store. And if you are debating between a ninja, I’ve read you need to hold the cup down on the motor while it blends. With the Nutribullet, you twist it on and let it do its magic! I’m so happy with mine. It came with a book and 2 cups with 4 different lids for the cups too.

Bought this second set for our vacation home. Just love how quick and easy this blender mixes shakes, sauces, hummus, etc. You'll love the easy clean up, the small profile of the machine for storage, and the ease of flipping the cup over, unscrewing the blade, and walking out the door. I use my first NutriBullet Pro at least 2 times a day and it's still going strong twenty months later.
