Panna cotta cà phê mát ngọt với lớp jelly sữa và cà phê xen kẽ màu trắn với màu nâu đen trông rất bắt mắt, một món ăn chế biến nhanh và ngon, phù hợp cho bữa ăn tráng miệng hay ăn vặt.
Hòa 4g gelatine vào 1/2 chỗ sữa rồi cho vào trong chảo đun trong 3 phút để hòa tan. Thêm 50g đường trắng và chỗ sữa còn lại. Đun hỗn hợp trên ngọn lửa vừa cho đến khi đường và gelatine tan hoàn toàn (không đun sôi). Tắt bếp, cho heavy cream và vani vào, khuấy đều. Cho hỗn hợp ra các cốc, ly rồi cho vào tủ lạnh (trong vài giờ).
Đun sôi 300ml nước, tắt bếp, cho 4g gelatine vào, khuấy đều cho gelatine tan. Thêm bột cà phê và đường nâu vào, khuấy cho đường, cà phê tan. Để nguội.
Rồi rót hỗn hợp cà phê lên các cốc panna cotta đã đông cứng. Để panna cotta cà phê vào tủ lạnh cho đến khi được.
