Những ngày thời tiết nắng nóng khiến ta chỉ nghĩ đến các thức uống sinh tố mát lạnh, mình sẽ hướng dẫn cách làm sinh tố dừa cacao đơn giản ngon lành mà bạn hoàn toàn có thể làm tại nhà, với sự kết hợp giữa vị béo ngậy của dừa, sữa và cacao đắng thơm, thêm sự mát lạnh của đá bào sẽ giúp bạn giải nhiệt hiệu quả.
Cho lần lượt dừa non, sữa tươi, sữa đặc, kem tươi, nước dừa, đá vào xay đến khi mịn.
Cho một nửa hỗn hợp đã xay nhuyễn ra một cốc riêng. Sau đó tiếp tục cho thêm 10gr bột cacao và 30ml sốt socola, xay đều cho hỗn hợp hòa quyện lại với nhau là được. Cho hỗn hợp này ra cốc riêng.
Từ 2 phần hỗn hợp khác nhau đã xay xong, cho lần lượt 2 lớp hỗn hợp đã xay để riêng vào cốc. Phủ thêm một lớp vụn dừa khô để trang trí trên mặt cốc vậy là hoàn tất. Sinh tố dừa cacao vừa ngon vừa giải khát cho ngày hè nóng bức, vị ngọt của sữa, vị béo của dừa, thêm chút đắng và thơm của cacao hòa quyện thực sự rất hấp dẫn và đáng để thử.
